The wait is over as we now have official word that Charlie Hunnam has secured the role of Christian Grey, the adopted young billionaire in Fifty Shades of Grey.

This comes after rumors surfaced a week or so ago that Hunnam was under consideration for the role. You probably recognize him from Sons of Anarchy and Pacific Rim. He will play Christian, the BDSM practicing CEO of his own company who

The movie adaptation of E.L. James' book Fifty Shades of Grey will hit theaters on August 1, 2014. That is if they can get the R-rating. The film is being put on by Universal and Focus and will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson. I am shaking my head as I write this...

Universal announced a couple of things. First of all, the big one is they are hoping to release the film adaptation for EL James' novel Fifty Shades of Grey by summer 2014.
